Being a mom ain’t easy – AND we know that social support is key to learning, growing, and living life to our full potential.

In this monthly circle, moms will find their tribe through having real conversations in a safe and nonjugdmental space. We’ll explore concepts like “matrescence” and the “Myth of the Perfect Mother” while learning restorative and reflective practices to deepen our self-understanding, self-compassion, and connection.

The goal for this group is to help moms find greater self-understanding, self-compassion, and personal growth through the lens of motherhood. Join us for snacks, laughs, and the mama tribe you want to thrive in motherhood!
